Swedish Massage, also known as Relaxation Massage, is the most common style of western massage modalities. Swedish Massage uses the techniques of effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, vibration, touch without movement, & joint manipulation for the total relaxation of body, mind & spirit. These techniques are applied to improve overall function of the body’s systems. Relieving muscle tension and stress, a Swedish Massage helps to enhance overall healing, rest, and rejuvenation of the body.

Our Myofascial Massage will Relieve You!
Myofascial Massage is the slow deliberate manipulation of the fascia layer (connective tissue) between the dermal layer and muscle tissue of the body. A Myofascial massage produces a thixotropic phase change, thereby allowing the muscles to move in concordance to their initial design. Overall, this western massage modality improves alignment, increases flexibility, reduces chronic pain and elevates functional performance levels.

Our Thai Yoga Massage will Rejuvenate You!
Thai Yoga is Facilitated, Non-ballistic, Non-specific, Passive Range of Motion. It is a Dancing Meditation.
In this eastern modality, the client lies on a mat in a relaxed meditative state. The practitioner slowly moves around the client's body softly kneading, and bending their body into various poses, only bending to the client's first resistance. The client does not need to know anything about yoga, whatsoever; they only need to know how to relax. Thai Yoga relaxes the mind & body, improves circulation, increases energy & flexibility, and improves range of motion, all while centering the mind and body to bring a better state of health and wellbeing to you. Sessions can range in length from 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the session.
